The usher who pointed this out to us was incensed that a father who wanted to change a diaper could not, reasonably, do so at the park, and promised to bring it up with the higher powers. Hopefully there will be changing tables in the men's restrooms in the future as a result of this. Also worth noting a simultaneously positive/negative experience:
